BeFitting Me

I know...AGAIN??

I'm really sorry I haven't posted much new stuff and you still haven't been exposed to my experiences from San Fran. I truly do want to share them with you but right now I've got a lot on my hands, and with the spare time that I have all I want to do is relax and play video games or sleep. I know it must seem irresponsible and irrational but it's my last technical summer vacation and I'm still trying to treat it as such. Since my silence is beginning to annoy even me I shall make another post succeeding this one.

It will be on the subject matter of one of my Favorite things on this planet, and the days following that I will post one days worth of notes I took whilst in San Fran, very good?

I hope and thank all of you who have taken the time to participate and read my posts I promise to be a better blogger once things settle a little more here at home. :)

Until then join blogspot and drop me some killer comments on what my first giveaway should be, what you like most about each post, or your favorite style out of all the ones I've done so far. I'd really love to hear from all of you.

Love you all.

BeFitting Me

It's been a bit since I posted something new but my older posts have been doing really well in maintain you all's interest, but tonight was a special night for me. Tonight I filled out Job Applications. It was a grueling time consuming task but the end result will definitely be worth it if I get any of the jobs I applied for. I'm nervous that no one will hire me but it'll just mean I have to broaden my scope of acceptability. Wish me luck.

Either way tonight I became obsessed with heelless shoes which will most likely be the subject of my next poll. (You all seem to like polls and they're exciting for me too. Thanks by the way for all of you who've vote on the current poll on the Villa de su Majestad post.) You all have to help me decide which ones I buy first.

Otherwise I've been really good, tired and in a bit of a rut socially but otherwise things are looking brighter. My nieces will be in daycare soon giving me more spare time, my friend Cristina, who is going to be my photographer for an up and coming shoot saw my inspiration shoots and loved them, so that most of all has me extremely excited.

Well I think that's all, oh, yes...I love you all.
<3

P.S. I'm hopefully going to do a give-away soon. I'll keep you posted ;D
Any suggestions as to what to give away?
Comments always welcome.

BeFitting Villa de su Majestad

Villa de su Majestad is a co-directed fashion brand run by Myself and the one and only James Majesty. While I won't delve to far into our future prospects or the full details of our brand I will say there will be more introspective and retrospective posts about us and our brand.

This post is about what I'll wear when he and I first meet (most likely next summer during a trip we're planning with a few friends). He has already made his choice of a loose fitting Dior Blouse, Black Cincher, Harem Pants, Heelless Boots, and long Teal Hair.
How do you I compare?

At this point, I don't, he totally out shines my original ideas of what I was going to wear and now I have to find something of a new extreme and class. In general this is one styling job that has me quite stumped. But my brother Iram, James, and I have narrowed it down to three separate concept that we are most fond of.

So Eccentric Pop will be the most difficult look to mimic style wise. But the end product is dramatic. Definitely a very high celebrity look that will turn heads. The styling portion would require; a very dramatic hair piece in distinctive colors, a dramatic shouldered piece in a equally eye catching set of colors, and a crazy/amazing seemingly heelless shoe or huge stilettos. This is James' favorite look.

Tailored/Deconstructed Rockabilly is a simple look and is easily translatable in a look that can be bought. It's simple chic yet quirky sexiness makes it daring in a sense of it's own. The styling aspect is simple enough; floor length tulle skirt, tailored red blazer, white oversized shoes, white opaque tights, white sheer button-up. This is my favorite look.

The Hollywood Glam look is a testy look as it requires almost seemless color matching. The idea is very glamourous and simple, and has an air of sophistication to it. This look would require; a trench coat in a strikingly odd color, shoes in the same color as the coat, and a pair of oversized black sunglasses. This is my brother Iram's favorite look.

So now the choice is up to you which could you see me looking most BeFitting in?

BeFitting my Return!

I'm back from vacation and back to reality.
It's been two solid weeks with out a new post, one due to my vacation in San Francisco, and this past week due to a busy week of care-taking.

I have SO many new infatuations and things I want to show you all it's almost hard to decide where to start. Without a doubt you will be seeing post on the following things; My trip, Geisha and Nuns, Japanese Geta, GoJane.com, and some features of other bloggers, designers, artist, and organizations. And maybe even a poll! That might be fun!

It's been both a good week and a tiring week but I won't let the climate of my surroundings get to me. I have to move forward and do all I can to make things around me, including myself, better. I've been sketching a lot and churning out some amazing new ideas that I wish I could share but I don't know if my scanner works.

Otherwise, just be expecting many post and many subject matters.
Love you all.
Be Fitting.

P.S. Going to try getting a job at Macy's!! I want to work in the shoe or visual merchandiser departments. Wish me luck.

BeFitting Me

In the past couple of days a lot has happened in my personal life and my family's public matters. It's all a very sticky situation and has me in sort of a funk. But my posts just recently have been doing very well so I must be doing something right. I'm sure staying up till 5 a.m. to finish them has something to do with it.

My trip to San Francisco is inching nearer and nearer and I still have yet to pack at all! I have so much to do to get to that point. Like actually decently clean my room so I can walk around panicked whilst trying to pack. Ha ha. I wanted to cut my hair for the trip and post debut images of it upon my return, but it looks like for now I'm stuck with my ancient Bieber-esque haircut. I'm hoping to grow it out super long or cut it super short, but in both occasions I want to dye it some ridiculous AudreyKitching-esque color. But until I get a job I am stuck in the monotony of brown and medium length hair.

In other news most brands are presenting their Spring-Summer Ready-to-Wear for Men 2012. Most of them are extremely impressive Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, and Comme de Garcons, have most of my attention at this point and will take me some time to come around finding interest in other Menswear collections.

Lastly prepare for at least one more post for today before you can close the tab you have my page in. Of course it will probably come about 4:30 a.m. so I suggest you wait up for me. I was also messaged by a photographer friend of mine today in hopes of putting a photo-shoot together. So we shall see where this takes me, hopefully to a good place. Ha ha.

Love you all.

P.S.
Anyone know where I can buy some killer Mickey Mouse ears? I really need some in order to make my life feel complete. Leave info in a comment if you can.

Be Fitting in Summer Cardigans

At the whim of a request from Siah Starr, this next post is dedicate to the ever versatile and lovable Cardigan. While coming in a range of colors, thickness', and styles, the cardigan is one piece of clothing everyone of any gender should have at least one of in their closet. Timeless and classy the cardigan has been around since about the late 1850's. It has in recent years become the fashion staple it is today due to many fashion house's mainstreaming them into their men's runway collections. The cardigan has been featured in both Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer runways. The following styling is meant for the Spring Summer months. Light and airy cardigans with perfectly suitable Casual and Dressed-up Casual looks.

Kate Casual:

Classic Summer:

Light Picnic:

Downtown Breeze:

These looks are best worn with the cardigans unbuttoned. Just a tip.
I hope this helps you style your ever important Summer wardrobe.
If you have any styling issues you'd like me to help you solve, leave a comment and perhaps I'll choose your styling problem as my next post!

Love you all.

BeFitting Me

It's only about one o'clock. But, it feels like four to me.
Went to the Tanger Outlets in San Marcos today and I'm super drained.
But I figured as my peek toward almost 300 views comes closer it's best to have more posts flowing. Three hundred, from seven different countries it truly is amazing. I thank each and everyone of you for checking out this blog and hope for your continued support. <3

Back to the point.
Today was the first time in a long time I'd been in a formal shopping center. It was overwhelming. I'd forgotten the thrill of trying things on. It's a very ethereal experience. It has me excited to do more shopping. But I also noticed while I was shopping I was pickier and less sporadic in taste than I used to be. I know this is a sign my taste is refining and defining itself which in general is a religious experience of its own.
I'm listening to a play list of Fleetwood Mac's 'Rumours' and Adele's '21'. Both are amazing albums I suggest for all of you to purchase.

I think since today was a shopping day I shall show you what I would have bought today had I had the money to. Also I didn't get to try or buy any heels because my Mother and Father were there. Lame. I'll just have to try getting some soon.

Friend of Jack, Red Touch Black:

I love you. Have a great week and be expecting posts through out the week as I prepare for San Francisco!

P.S. Just realized it's NOW four o'clock and it only feels like two. God my sleep pattern is completely screwy.
